A team, not a tool.
A small board of AI agents on your private instance, coordinated by a Chief of Staff. One head, full context across work and life.
Installed in 7 days.
Deep intake on day one. Live outputs by day seven. Briefs, drafts, itineraries — delivered where you already work.
Yours, not ours.
Private instance, your data, your memory. Portable on day one. Your work and your private life stay private.
Three ways operators use it
Your business, your life, or both.
The same staff, pointed wherever you need leverage. Most members start in one and expand.

For your business
Outbound, pipeline, founder ops, content. The work that drains your morning, drafted and ready for your review.

For your life
Travel, reservations, gifts, family ops, the household. The week that runs in the background — handled, on your standards.

For both
One Chief of Staff routing across all of it, with full context. Your pipeline digest and your kids' summer plan live in the same head.
The 7-day install
From intake to live in a week.
Most members are live by Day 7. Complex setups occasionally extend. We tell you on Day 1, not Day 6.

Day 1
Discovery
A two-hour deep intake. We map your week — the work and the life behind it. The tools you live in. The standards you hold.
Days 2–4
Build
We stand up your private instance, design your staff, write their instructions, and connect them to your stack — work and personal.
Days 5–6
Rehearsal
We dry-run every lane and tune for your voice, your taste, and your edge cases — before a single output reaches anyone.
Day 7
Live
Your AI staff starts producing. Briefs, drafts, itineraries, follow-ups — all where you already work. From this day on, you direct them.
The lanes
Pick what to hand off — work, life, or both.

1,000+
managed integrations
Connected to the tools you already use.
Gmail, Slack, Notion, your CRM, calendars, docs — and a thousand more. Your staff plugs into your stack through managed, authenticated integrations, wired and maintained during install. Nothing for you to connect.
Your team can hire
A board, not a fixed roster.
Your Chief of Staff coordinates a board of agents — across work and life. You can see what each one is working on at any time.
When you need a new role — a competitive-tracking agent, a wine cellar agent, a kids'-summer-camp agent — your CoS hires one. They join the board. You stay in control.
New agents included in your monthly retainer. No per-agent fees. No surprise invoices.

Ongoing
How we work together.

Install + tuning.
We install your staff, tune them to your voice and taste, and ship the lanes you picked. After go-live, tuning sprints happen as you find rough edges.

On-call.
You're in control. We're here to tune it up if you break it. Direct line to Nicholas — text, Signal, or email.

Your data, your dashboard.
Spend dashboard, memory store, and audit log live on your instance. No black-box pricing. No surprise bills.
Two ways to begin
Start with the whole staff, or one lane.
Both run on your own private instance. Start small and grow, or hand off the whole week from day one.

Who this is for.
Good fit
- — Operators with real revenue who want leverage, not another login.
- — Founders done with juggling tools, contractors, and assistants for different domains.
- — Members who value privacy, control, and a team they can actually direct.
Not a fit
- — Buyers who want a full-service human concierge with no involvement.
- — Anyone uncomfortable confirming AI-drafted actions before they go out.
- — One-off project work with no ongoing cadence.
- — Operators for whom the monthly isn't already a rounding error.
Frequently asked.
What does Concierge cost?
Full Concierge starts at $5,000/month with the install included. A lighter Starter Install begins at $1,500 one-time plus from $750/month for a single lane. Final scope is set during intake based on lanes, cadence, and depth of QA.
What's the difference between Concierge and Starter Install?
Starter Install is one focused lane with light async tuning — a fast, lower-commitment way to prove the value. Full Concierge is the whole board across work and life, with on-call tuning and a direct line to Nicholas. Start anywhere; upgrade anytime, and we credit your Starter install fee toward Concierge.
How long does intake take?
About two hours of your time on Day 1. We come prepared — you talk, we listen and map. Everything else happens behind the scenes through Day 7.
What if it doesn't work?
30-day install guarantee. If your AI staff isn't shipping the lanes you picked by Day 7 + 30, you owe nothing. We tell you on Day 1 which scopes carry that guarantee.
Can I see a sample roadmap?
Yes. On the call we walk through an anonymized member's roadmap — the lanes, the cadence, the actual outputs. You see the work before you commit to it.
Can the same staff really handle both work and life?
Yes — that's the point. One Chief of Staff routing across all your lanes, with full context. Your pipeline digest and your kids' summer plan live in the same head. That's how a real chief of staff works.
Will an agent really book my dinner?
It will draft and prepare every booking — vetted restaurants, times, party size, dietary notes — then confirm with you before pressing send. We don't leave reservation actions fully autonomous. You stay in the loop on anything customer-facing.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your AI staff runs on a private instance set up for you alone. Your business knowledge, your contacts, your preferences — yours alone. We never co-mingle.
Does my data train anyone's models?
No. We use foundation models through routed APIs that don't train on customer prompts. Your work and your private life stay private.
Can I walk away with it?
Yes. Your instance, your data, your memory store — portable. If you ever want to part ways, you keep what we built.
How discreet is this?
Concierge is run personally by Nicholas. No offshored team, no shared dashboards. Discretion is part of the product.
How many members do you take?
Small roster, by design. We cap intake to protect quality and Nicholas's direct attention.
What a typical week looks like
Expect outputs like this.
Projected for a standard blended setup. Mix tunes to your week, not the other way around.
- ✓15–20 outbound emails + 1 weekly pipeline digest on the work side
- ✓Daily morning brief mixing business priorities with personal logistics
- ✓1 trip itinerary + 2–3 dinner reservations drafted for your approval
- ✓3–5 follow-up notes drafted in your voice — clients, mentors, family
- ✓Family-week brief: appointments, school, what needs your attention
